What gets deleted

As soon as you confirm the code, we permanently erase:

Your account record: name, mobile number, area, designation and organisation;
Every login session, authentication token and your registered device;
Your pending verification codes;
Your notification and alert subscription preferences held on our servers.

What we may keep, and why

Operational audit records. Alerts, acknowledgements and comments recorded against an event form part of the ICCC operator's official record and cannot be erased. Where such a record must be retained, your personal identifiers are stripped or pseudonymised.
Security logs. Server access logs are kept for up to 12 months for security and abuse investigation, then deleted automatically.
Legal holds. Anything we are required by law, or by a lawful authority, to preserve.

This is immediate and cannot be undone. You will stop receiving alerts at once and will have to register again from scratch if you need access later. Data held only on your phone (cached events, saved camera layouts, screenshots) is removed when you uninstall the app or clear its storage.

Step 1 — confirm your number

No sign-in needed. We send a 6-digit code to your registered WhatsApp number to make sure the request is really yours.

Other ways to delete your account

In the app: open Profile and tap Delete my account. Same effect, no code needed, because you are already signed in.
By email: write to info@dadhwal.in from any address, quoting your registered mobile number. We verify the request on that number, then delete the account within 30 days.
Partial deletion: if you want some data removed but wish to keep your account, email us and say what you need — that cannot be done automatically.
